The Happy Cabin & Covid-19


Our Happy Cabin is back open but due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have some restrictions and safety regulations in place. This is for the safety of our staff, our valued customers and our West End community. 

  • A maximum of 6 customers will be allowed in the store at one time to support social distancing recommendations
  • Customers will be asked to sanitise their hands upon entry to the store
  • Please practise social distancing in store and remain 1.5m apart from each other
  • If you feel unwell, we ask that you please visit us when you feel better

Our hearts go out to those negatively affected, and we are doing our best to support our community and at the same time still bring you the shopping experience you know and love, safely and efficiently. 


The Happy Cabin is still fully operational online and all orders are still being processed and sent out as normal. We have designated staff members to package and post your orders who are following social distancing recommendations and working in a hygienic manner and environment. 


We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $99. Orders placed before 12 midday will be shipped the same day and orders after will be posted on the following business day (Monday – Friday) from the date of purchase. You will receive an automated tracking email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is dispatched. At this stage Australia Post have not reported any delays to their domestic delivery services. They have reported delays to their international delivery services and border closures stopping international deliveries to some countries. For more information, see here.


For customers local to West End and surrounding suburbs, we offer in store pick up. If you place an order and select 'collect in store', you can collect weekdays between 10am-5pm, Saturdays between 9am-5pm and Sundays at 10am-4pm.



The Happy Cabin online returns policy still applies as normal and you can read our full policy here. We understand that many returns within our 7 day timeframe may experience delays and we will re-assess the returns timeframe and offer extensions where required given the current global situation.
